The Western Monarch Society is a group of concerned farmers, gardeners and community scientists in the Napa Valley who work with land stewards to build native pollinator habitat by providing free native plants and connections to resources.
Our mission is to save native pollinator populations from collapse, with a special focus on the western monarch butterfly.
We build habitat for native pollinators, with a special focus on the western monarch butterfly, by growing and giving away native milkweed and nectar plants in the Napa Valley and by connecting land stewards with habitat-building opportunities. Over time we hope to create a network of Western Monarch Society county branches across the state of California.
